23. Prohibited Key Sharing and Usage Violations
Business account holders may receive unique keys for employee access. These keys may only be used internally by individuals employed by the business and must not be shared, transferred, resold, or made available outside of the designated organization. The number of users accessing the platform through a business key must not exceed the number of users covered by the active subscription plan. Any unauthorized distribution, sale, or external use of business access keys is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, users are expressly forbidden from attempting to exceed their allotted usage limits by any means, including through automation, account manipulation, or by submitting compound or multi-question requests intended to bypass per-message limits. Abuse of the platform in this way may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
